Key responsibilities:

- **Customer interaction**:Establish and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and answer questions about products or services.
- **Lead generation**:Identify potential customers, generate sales leads, and qualify prospects.
- **Product knowledge**:Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Sales presentations**:Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting product benefits and addressing concerns.
- **Sales strategy development**:Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals, including identifying target markets and developing sales proposals.
- **Closing deals**:Negotiate pricing and terms, overcome objections, and close sales to meet sales quotas.
- **Relationship management**:Maintain ongoing communication with customers, follow up on leads, and address customer concerns.
- **Sales reporting**:Track sales activities, maintain customer data, and generate reports to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Understanding of sales cycles and pipeline management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
