Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and database of potential leads
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and propose solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
  • Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Present mock-ups, samples, or product demos as part of the client engagement process
  • Perform up-selling and cross-selling to maximize revenue per customer
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Attend industry events or trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Secondary school or Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in Sales, preferably in Publishing, Printing, Advertising, or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach
  • Target-driven, independent, and highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • With basic computer knowledge.
  • Must possess own transport and valid driving license
  • Willing to travel within the JB area or nearby regions as needed
