**Broad function**
- Responsible for coordinating the clerical tasks for the shipping department.
- To essential daily function is to ensure the shipping documents and estimates are processed with accuracy, on time, and in full compliance with all vendor and regulatory requirements, including all product labeling requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- To prepare Delivery Order and Invoice carton sales and rejected carton sales.
- To file and maintain relevant delivery records and document daily in the prescribed manner.
- To collect Delivery Order form transporters and make sure it is signed and stamped by customer.
- To answer special customer inquiries for delivery by telephone calls when necessary.
- To understand Company Quality Policy and comply with the management requirement at all times.
- To issue goods replacement notes.
- To be aware of the safety and Environmental Management System (EMS).
- To perform any related task as directed by the superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Posses at least SPM level and above
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia and in Mandarine is added an advantage.
- Ability to work in dateline and initiative to work independently.
- SPM graduate that willing to work as clerk is also encourage to apply.
- Work proactively with other team members.

**Working location**:

- Melaka, Batu Berendam

**Compensation**
- Basic Salary

- Permanent position
- 6 working days: Monday - Saturday, 8.00am to 4.00pm
- Uniform will be provide upon confirmation
- Free parking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
