**Details of the Division and Team**:
Trade and/or Transaction is responsible for providing operational expertise and independent governance to achieve timely, accurate and complete transaction management for the bank and, where relevant, the bank’s clients. Work includes: -Providing the leadership team with technical, transactional and logístical input to ensure the bank operates with the right balance of quality, flexibility, control and cost management -Collaborating across businesses and divisions -Maximizing control and minimizing operational risk -Building and managing partnerships between internal stakeholders to ensure that the bank’s business objectives are delivered -Ensuring compliance with operational control and external regulation -Improving the bank’s technology platforms where necessary

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Handle the day to day processing of Collections, Letter of credit as part of trade operation team, to meet agreed customer service level agreements and review outstanding transactions.
- Manage and ensure compliance (KOP, Ops manual etc.) with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements
- Handle regulatory reporting such as Cash BOP, EALIS & other related reporting as required from time to time.
- Support and achieve excellent partnership with relevant stakeholders and business
- Possess adequate understanding of Trade related rules and guidelines as commissioned by ICC (ICC/UCP/URC etc)
- Good understanding of legal, credit and operational risks in handling of Trade product/services

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) or equivalent work experience.
- Min. 10 years’ experience in Trade Finance operations
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Good Team player
- Good understanding of trade related products
