**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Business Management and Control Services (“BMCS”) core activities, including risk and control management, change management initiatives, and management information (“MI”) data and reporting.
- Ensure timely escalation of any issues to Head of Operations, Executive Advisor, and Management.
- Drive, engage, manage and follow through with tasks/initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, including periodical tasks, initiatives, risks and compliance related matters within the Operations department.
- Handle all other assignments/tasks as and when delegated by the Head of Department.

**Requirements**:

- Applicant must have a recognized Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
- Minimum 0-3 years of relevant working experience in back-office operations role, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Self-motivated person who is a team player with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.
- Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving and critical thinking. Must be able to multitask.
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
