**Job Summary**
- Assist in certification process for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and all new certification process planned.
- Assist in develop QAQC Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and QC Inspection for the organization.
- Identify gap in the inspection method of materials, components, and finished goods and improve the inspection method.
- Create and implement quality gates, specifying testing criteria, procedures and inspection points.
- Identify defects or issues in products or processes and recommend corrective actions especially for welding defects.
- Prepare reports on the quality issues, non-conformance and corrective action taken.
- Utilize data analysis tools to assess trends, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall product/service quality.
- Ensure that the organization's products/services comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and oversee module quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on products/services to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Ad hoc work assigned by the superior.

**Requirement**:

- At least bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or any related courses
- At least 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity
- Has knowledge and experience as internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015
- Has knowledge in 5S, lean thinking PDCA and root cause analysis
- Yellow belt six sigma is advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
