Quality Control and Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities:.

  • Conduct routine inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Ensure all products meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Record inspection results and maintain QC documentation properly.
  • Report any non-conformity or deviation found during inspection.
  • Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Work closely with production team to resolve quality problems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support/Apply company audits and certifications (e.g. ISO, HACCP, etc.).
  • Ensure inspection tools are well maintained and calibrated.
  • Assist in developing SOPs for quality-related processes.
  • Coordinate with the QC/QA team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Train operators and production staff on basic quality awareness if needed.

Qualification requirements

  • Candidate with a diploma or degree in QAQC , Engineering, will be most welcome.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in QAQC or related role。
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Organizational, time management mathematical skills
  • Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills basic knowledge
  • Need for two factory area activities (area balakong & semenyih).
  • Own driving license.
