Quality Control & Production Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 1–2 years

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Quality Control & Production Engineer to join our team and help deliver exceptional product quality and manufacturing performance. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining quality standards, coordinating production activities, and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.


What You'll Do

  • Ensure company products meet required quality standards and specifications.
  • Oversee quality control activities, including inspections and testing.
  • Manage calibration and maintenance of quality equipment.
  • Participate in client quality discussions and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
  • Assist the Production Manager with production planning and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor machine operation and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in both quality and production areas.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in quality control and production operations.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
