Position: Quality Control Technician Location: Selangor, Malaysia

Job Description: As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform quality control laboratory tests on finished goods to ensure they comply with quality standards
  • Record results on batch sheet and approve as required
  • Perform quality control colour checks on colour packs
  • Report any non-conformance to senior laboratory technologist and discuss remedial action
  • Carry out QA inspection on production process including check weight and label check on finished goods
  • Assist in handling customer complaints
  • Assist in production, cutting, labelling and storage of dry samples as required
  • Maintain safe working practices
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail is crucial for accurate testing and interpretation of results
  • Qualified to SPM level or higher
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment is preferred
  • Previous experience in a quality control setting is preferred
  • Valid driver's license
