Online Sales Customer Service

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Sales cum Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Online Sales**:
- Proactively engage with online customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to effectively pitch and sell to customers.
**2. Customer Service**:
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in online sales and customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
