BO Chargeman (33KV)
Responsible to attend and complete the service request assigned and provide coordination/monitoring work to related maintenance work or project. Additional task based on specific skills.
Must have 33KV Chargeman BO Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work/SLA’s/KPI’s as defined in the Master Agreement.
Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
Review and spot-check to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
Ensure that the site is well maintained and correctly furnished/stocked to operate to maximum efficiency.
HSE ManagementTo ensure the site provision of safe working environment and compliance to HSE standards.
Competent in under taking Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)
Work closely with HSE Executive in overall planning, executing and delivering HSE procedures to all activities at site.

Ensure that an effective Work Order system is maintained for rectification of any defective items/services & ensure that these are addressed in a timely manner
Assist superior to ensure smooth running of meetings & events at the site.
Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
Provide backup support for the superior in times of absence.
Liaise closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems and/or enhance working environment performance
Clearly document & communicate all client expectations to the balance of the FM team
Work collaboratively with facilities team colleagues both within the account & in the wider JLL network
Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the superior on a needs basis.
Uninterrupted site operations
100% compliance of site to key client and JLL audits
Meet or exceed Client Satisfaction survey targets
Continuously improving service and train technical team
Vendor Management

Qualifications and Ideal Experiences
Diploma or Degree in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline.
5 - 8 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment space.
Having BO - 33KV Chargeman Certificate.
3 - 4 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or
equivalent data centre or critical facility.
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client and vendor staff.
Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.
Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives, client relationship and preparation of

Hands-on experiences and knowledge in M&E and building related systems, eg CRAU, chillers,
PDU, UPS, Switch Gears Ops, DX cooling, Network structure cabling, Security
Lead major DC activities during non-office hours where appropriate.
