KC Impian sdn bhd is one of the TNB contractors in the **Johor Bahru** area.

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in managing tnb substation projects or transmission & distribution.Experience in managing TNB substation or Transmission & Distribution projects.

**1. Project Coordination**
- Assist in planning and coordination cable work project from inception to completion.
- Liaise with stakeholders such as client, contractor, suppliers and internal department.
- Ensure that all projects documentation is up to date and accessible.

**2. Scheduling and Resource Management**
- Help develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all activities are completed on time.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, to meet project needs.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to avoid delays.

**3. Site Supervision**
- Assist with on-site inspections and oversee the progress of installations.
- Ensure that all activities adhere to safety standards, local regulations and quality requirements.
- Report on any issues or delays, and collaborate with the team to resolve them efficiently

**4. Client Relations & Communication**
- Act as point of contact between the client and project team, keeping clients informed of project progress.
- Ensure client requirements and expectations are met, addressing concerns or changes in project scope.

**5. Technical Assistance & Design Support**
- Provide technical assistance to the project team in terms of solar panel installation, wiring, and other electrical aspects.
- Coordinate with Design Engineer and Project Supervisor to review design specifications, ensuring they are feasible for implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations for cable LV HT work/ installation

**6.Budgeting & Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources, prioritization of projects, and adherence to financial guidelines.

**7.Safety and Compliance**:

- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

**8.Emergency Preparedness**:

- Establish emergency response procedures and plans to address unforeseen events such as power outages, natural disaster, or equipment failure. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure quick resolution and mínimal disruption.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in BO Chargemen for 3-5years and above
- 1-3years experience in supervising or Team leader
- Valid BO Chargeman certificate (11kv/33kv) from Energy Commission of Malaysia.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
