**Position: Korean Customer Support [Mobility Project]**

**Company Background**: BPO company

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Employment Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: 2,550,000 KRW - 3,000,000 KRW per month

(≒RM8,800 - 10,000 per month + night allowance)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction Ownership**: Demonstrate ownership of every customer interaction to achieve successful first-time resolution on all contacts.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address issues related to Mobility Services, including refunds, amendments, exchanges, ID problems, system issues, and more.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism while delivering competent customer service in the Korean language.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Native fluency in Korean and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Working hour**
- Work Days: Monday to Sunday
- Shift Rotation: 5 days a week
- Work Hours: 24/7 rotation shift
- Working Days: 5 days per week
