**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the sales team's schedules, organize essential documents, and facilitate effective communication.
- Handle order processing within given timeline.
- Maintain the inventory of sales materials and equipment.
- Address customer complaints and offer support following sales transactions as needed.
- Keep financial and non-financial information digitally and generate reports for review.
- Notify customers promptly about any unexpected delays or issues.
- Track the sales team's performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and suggest solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Comply with legal requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
