**Job Description**:
Responsibilities:

- Support the development and maintenance of a high-quality portfolio in the Umrah category of hotels, attraction, tour, transportation and activity (Things To Do) products
- Acquisition: Assist Acquire Umrah suppliers and bring them onboard the IKHLAS platform. Support onboarding of products and coordinate content, editorial and quality control for the products.
- Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on IKHLAS various distribution platforms. Communicate IKHLAS’s business strengths and brand value to suppliers. Provide daily operational support to suppliers on our processes and tools.
- Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, maintain a market leading position at all times.
- Coordination: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats. Flexibility and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast paced environment.
- Market updates: Assist the managers to provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying market trends and competitor updates.
- Ensure operational efficiency and timely processing across multiple booking channels, reservation systems and integrated partners
- Assist the manager to monitor and work closely with suppliers to ensure a seamless reservation and booking process
- Monitor and manage inventory availability and any breakdown in reservation flows
- Prioritize to respond to inquiries, escalations or request in booking management and reservations with a positive attitude and service behavior
- Carry out all tasks, big or small, with diligence and positivity
- Flexibly adhere to defined procedures and service standards as required by the business
- Assist managing the service level and commercial performance for Umrah product categories across regions
- Assist managing product performance such as inventory availability & costs, content, cancellation privilege, instant confirmation etc
- Work with marketing teams to develop long term product mix strategies
- Assist managing to track metrics and implement mechanisms to monitor and improve merchant service levels

Skills Required:

- Experience in Umrah Operations.
- Excellent ability of cross-functional communication.
- Logical and structured thinking, able to see the nature of biz needs.
- Strong analytical skills. Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides proficiency highly preferred
- Experience in Umrah products such as Tours & Activities, Flights, Hotels, Mutawwifs, Visa handling and more..
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
- Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
