Founded in 1976, Sedunia Travel has gone from strength to strength. Starting as a corporate ticketing agent, we have grown to be one of the largest travel agencies in Malaysia offering a full range of corporate, incentive and leisure services. Customer service has always been one of our guiding principles and has been one of the main reasons for our success. In the past five years, we have rapidly expanded and are now known for offering worldwide holidays.

Sedunia Travel takes great pride in offering the best and largest selection of tours and holidays around the world. Our team works very hard to find the best experiences and destinations to offer our customers. Our staff are what really makes us special. We are passionate about travelling and many of us have lived overseas, giving us first-hand knowledge that we can share with our customers.

As a travel consultant, your role would be to:

- Build relationships with clients by providing a personalized tailor made travel experience.
- Follow through with sales/operations of the travel arrangements.
- Search for and liaise with international/local travel operators and suppliers for products.
- Create and Develop unique travel products for the Malaysian and regional market.
- Contribute towards the Management of Travel Products including basic Marketing Planning and Distribution.
- Work towards becoming a specialist for travel destinations around the world.
- Other Ad Hoc Tasks as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Good Command of the English Language.
- Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin/Tamil added advantage.
- Capable of building good customer relationship with great service levels and trust.
- Ability to seek out and source information in relation to destinations and travel arrangements.
- Fresh graduates from diploma / related field or Tourism & Hospitality who are interested to start their career.
- Or minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
