A **Sales Administrator** supports the sales team by managing operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Coordinate the order process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment and communication with relevant teams.
- Accumulate daily new orders

**2.** **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the System.

**3. Customer Support**:

- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, or order status.
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, or payments.

**4. Team Support**:

- Assist the sales team by providing necessary data, reports, or other support materials.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, or coordinate follow-ups with clients.

**5. Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.

**Focus**:

- Administrative and operational support.
- Ensuring efficiency in the sales process.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Diploma** in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Relevant coursework** (optional) in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, or Office Management.
- **Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply**
- ⁠⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Skills**:

- **Strong communication skills** (both written and verbal).
- **Attention to detail** and strong organizational skills.
- **Basic understanding of sales processes** and customer relationship management.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Time management skills** and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Personal Traits**:

- **Proactive and eager to learn** in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team player** with a positive attitude.
- **Customer-oriented** and strong problem-solving skills.

**Other**:

- **Internship or part-time experience** in administrative or sales support roles would be an advantage but is not required.
- **Fluency in English** (additional languages are a plus depending on the company).

**Salary Range: RM2,300 to RM2,800**

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
