**Requirements**:

- Minimum STP/Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in Service Center environment.
- Strong in administration skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Confident in handling customer inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure company's turnaround time for service is met.
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the customer service assistant in the Service Center to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure all repaired or service items received are keyed in to the system on timely manner and ordering of spare parts from principal are in order.
- To ensure customers' orders, complaints and collection are promptly attended to and resolved timely.
- Provide customer with product and service information.
- To ensure that inquiries and complaints are monitored, dispatched and resolved within timeline.
- To assist in preparation of reports claims for monthly update and management meeting purposes.
