**What You’ll Do as an Academic Specialist**
- Deliver **in-person, personalized tutoring** tailored to individual student performance (A-F banding)
- Strategize academic roadmaps for each student based on diagnostics and parent consultations
- Travel to multiple student locations (within Klang Valley) in a day with punctuality and professionalism
- Create engaging, high-performance lessons aligned with school syllabi (SPM, IGCSE, national/international formats)
- Track student growth, provide reports, and contribute to their holistic academic journey
- Participate in internal check-ins and high-level training from senior educators

**What Sets You Apart (Requirements)**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Informatics/Data Science)
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Own **a vehicle** and **willing to drive to multiple tutoring sessions** per day
- Able to work flexible hours (weekday afternoons/evenings, weekends optional)
- Strong command of English and/or Bahasa Melayu
- Professional attitude, punctual, coachable, and independent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
