**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
a) To prepare Customs declaration forms. Form is usually prepared in advance using pre-alert copy of shipper's Invoice and HAWB received.

b) To expedite Customs clearance in order to meet customer’s requirement.

c) To familiarized with Malaysian Customs Tariff Code.

d) To work closely with all internal departments.

e) To follow instructions given by HOD and CSSV and other relevant internal departments Ensure all job files are checked & completed.

f) To ensure get duty and tax confirmation from CSSV, before proceed for the duty and tax payments to customs.

g) To ensure all internal/external records (i.e. custom form and report and General checklist) for all jobs are updated on a timely manner and accurately.

h) Carry out all other activities as assigned by the supervisor and management

i) To assist Branch Manager in achieving department’s goals and objective.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIANCE**:
a) At least an **SPM/Higher Secondary/Diploma **or equivalent qualification in any field

b) Must have at least **2 year of working experienc**e in a relevant industry.

c) Able to use **Microsoft Office, SMK and Excel**_._

d) Types of Custom Declaration Form - **K1,K2,K3,K8 & Zone Form ZB1,2,3,4**

e) Good in writing and able to communicate in English.

f) Hardworking and able to work on weekends / public holidays.

g) Good Team Player, discipline and ability to follow instruction.

h) **Independently **managed to complete daily job & task.

**Location: KLIA** **2, Sepang, Selangor**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
