**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering field with 3 years working experience.
- High degree of integrity, maturity and ability to work independently with an eye for details.
- Positive attitude and ability to coordinate team essential.
- Proficiency in spoke and written English and Bahasa Melayu with effective communication skill essential.
- Computer literate.
- Must familiarize himself with the status of all machinery, equipment and systems at the commencement of his shift, and with all orders and directions for operational control.
- Operation of all equipment, systems and installations during his shift.
- All operational repairs within his shift’s capabilities.
- Liaisons with Duty Managers and other department supervisors. In order to facilitate this, he will carry a portable communicator.
- All keys, engineering materials and spare parts under his control.
- Recording of readings and other information as directed by his superiors.
- Inspects equipment and works being performed to ensure that it meets the Hotel’s standards and that it has been completed correctly.
- Keeps his superiors fully informed on the progress of work and how it affects the operation of the Hotel.
- Initiates Trouble Reports and Job Reports for his own or other trades to ensure that any defects which he may observe receive attention.
- Trains the personnel under his control in the better performance of their duties.
- Completes and co-ordinates the daily job cards for the personnel under his control in accordance with Section II of Standard Instructions.
- Provides technical and other assistance to other trades when requested to do so by his superiors.
- Monitors the cleanliness of his personnel and the equipment and spaces under his control to ensure that they meet Hotel’s standards.
- Observes and causes the personnel under his control to observe all Work Rules for employees of the Hotel including published notices, signs and instructions.
- Reports to his superiors any information which would affect the operation of the Hotel or the engineering department.

**Salary**: From RM2,100.00 per month
