We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate **Business Development Executive **to join our team. You will be the key person to connect with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To generate revenue from a geographically sales territory/ or business portfolio by servicing and retaining existing customer and targeting at new business opportunity.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits.
- Produce information for Management necessary to evaluate performance VS key performance indicators.
- Ensure co-operation with other members of the sales team and throughout the sales force.
- Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing customer base.
- Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
- Continually develop knowledge of SF products/ services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions to the customers.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

**Key Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of 2 years prior experience in sales, **experience in logistics or express industry is a plus.**:

- Qualified with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- **Proficient in verbal and written English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin as this position will need to deal with Mandarin speaking customers and regional office from China.**:

- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
