**Aufgaben**:

- This is a 1 year contract position under external party but providing services to Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd
- Wholesale
- To support in the administration duties of dealer business financing, collections and wholesale inventory audit and the continuous development of the Dealer Credit Risk business for Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia in accordance with our local company policy, goals and strategy.
- The key objectives include- To administer the dealer wholesale inventory maintenance process for MB Passenger & Commercial Dealers.
- To perform duties related to providing dealer service invoice, settlements and cancellation process according to business rules.
- To ensure timely, accurate & efficient daily loan activations, pay-outs, refunds and collections.
- To administer and conduct physical inventory verification of all dealer floorplan stock.
- To ensure the prompt review and reporting of all audits performed

Receivables Management- To handle the account receivable for all channels of payments for retail and corporate customers.
- To perform receipting of miscellaneous items and manual receipting of payment.
- To preform manual reversal of receipt.
- To perform refund of overpayment.

Other tasks- To escalate matters of concern that may place a financial or credit risk on the business.
- Build & foster dealer and customer relationships to contribute to the company’s overall value & profitability.
- Perform duties within the prescribed in Policies & Procedures (global and local), Product Program, Agreements and Work Instructions while also adhering to the Daimler Integrity Code and Code of Conduct policies as well as Local Laws.
- To support the team in handling any department matters that may arise from time to time.

**Qualifikationen**:
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent. Good grades in Accounting papers (not necessarily an accounting degree)

Work experience: 2 years Dealer Wholesale funding / account receivables experience are great advantage. Inventory finance process knowledge for Dealers is a great advantage

Industry experience: 2 years relevant finance and banking industry experience within the credit, audit risk and collections environment. Sound knowledge of compliance & finance legislation ie. Hire Purchase Act

Professional & Interpersonal skills: An adaptable person whose communication skills, both written & spoken, show well-balanced and logical argument on matters requiring attention, proactive, committed, outspoken, intellectual curiosity, strong problem solving skills, strong analytical skills, demonstrated a high degree of consistent performance whilst under pressure and/or opposition.

PC skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
