Clinsam Enterprises in US based company with its offices in California and new york. Now We are expanding our team in Malaysia.

**Note: Keep in mind that this is night shift job and we sell in USA. If your English is very good than apply, otherwise skip it.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Responding to Customer Queries**
- Providing accurate and timely information about products or services.

**Resolving Customer Issues**
- Identifying and resolving customer problems or complaints.
- Escalating complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.

**Maintaining Customer Records**
- Updating and maintaining detailed customer records in the CRM system.
- Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

**Product and Service Knowledge**
- Staying updated on the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Providing technical assistance or detailed information to customers when required.

**Customer Outreach**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Promote products, services, or campaigns using effective communication skills.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions to customers.
- Handle customer objections or complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be exceptional in english speaking, US Accent
- Proven experience in customer service, or a sales role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of the product/service being promoted.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in marketing is a plus).

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
