**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review and negotiate a variety of project agreements and contracts in alignment with project requirements.
- Provide ongoing contract administration support, including tracking key milestones, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and resolving any contractual issues that arise during the course of the project.
- Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and bid submissions to ensure alignment with project objectives and procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams, procurement departments, and other stakeholders to ensure effective management and execution of contracts.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date contract records, documentation, and correspondence to ensure easy access and traceability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract administration and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Help organize and track project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and milestones.
- Communicate key project details to team members and act as a liaison between team members and the Project Manager, ensuring smooth information flow and issue resolution.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry with a focus on contract administration.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, including the ability to interpret, apply, and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Proficient in tracking contractual milestones, monitoring compliance, and resolving disputes effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Able to travel to attend meetings at clients' site (possess own transport).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
