**Position** : IT Support Specialist

**Salary** : RM 2,800 - RM 5,500

**Location** : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

**Working Hours** : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

**Responsibility**

Overall, this role is to support the department in installing machine at client site and repairing of computer and other devices that have faulty.

**The role**:

- To repair and testing of IT hardware
- IT hardware preparation and verification for system implementation
- Testing and diagnosing hardware and network issue onsite and/or online support for customer site.
- Preparing customer image data for implementations.
- Front POS training to customer during installations.
- Deliver hardware to customer.
- Update customer image data.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level SPM
- Basic understanding on IT
- Must possess own transport and with GDL license is added advantage.
- Willing to travel outstation when required
- Customer-oriented
- Language required in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a MUST as you are required to liaise with existing customers which are from retails such as mini-mart or small-scale groceries.
