**Location**: Telok Gong, Klang.
**Working Hours**: 8.30am - 5.00pm (Monday to Saturday)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Starting from RM2000, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with machine familiarization and technical support at client sites.
- Approach, promote and explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment or products.
- Deliver products or parts when necessary.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support sales team activities.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and interacting with customers. You’ll be an important bridge between our company and clients.

Job Requirements:

- Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience required - training will be provided.
- Preferably able to speak Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Must possess a valid driving license (own transport is an advantage).
- Willing to travel for onsite jobs or client meetings.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
