We are Oil & Gas Company doing Servicing and Supply Materials for oil and gas Maintenance for Insulation & Expansion Joint Works. Company located at Taman Industri Sungai Buloh (TSB Kota Damansara) and seeking **Admin Assistant**

**The requirement as below: -**

- Able to work independently and good team player
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Good time management skills
- An ability to follow processes
- Strong documentation skills
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Have Experience in ISO 9001 is advantage

**Responsibility**
- Document management and proper filing of document
- Organize a filing system for important company documents
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
- Ensure office equipment & appliances work properly.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior
- Assist to brief supplier on vendor registration process

**Salary: - 1,500.00 - 2,000.00**

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
