**Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling front desk duties, including greeting guests and answering phone calls.
- Manage hotel bookings, express check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle cash and perform other front desk financial transactions.
- Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and professionally to complaints, requests, and inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
- Must possess at least an SPM qualification.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality.
- Able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Training will be provided.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Age between 18 to 30 years old.
