**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Ensure that restaurant operations run efficiently, from food preparation to service.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock is well-managed and placed orders are made timely.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by ensuring that staff provides a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them effectively.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers.
- Supervise, motivate, and support restaurant staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Train new hires and ongoing coaching for existing staff on best practices, service techniques, and menu knowledge.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for busy periods.
- Assist in driving sales and managing promotional activities to attract customers.
- Monitor restaurant sales performance, help identify opportunities to increase revenue, and track financial performance.
- Work with the management team to ensure that upselling and cross-selling are effectively implemented.
- Help manage the restaurant’s budget, controlling costs related to food, beverages, labor, and other operational expenses.
- Assist in processing payroll, managing cash handling, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new restaurant staff.
- Ensure proper onboarding and training of new team members.
- Support employee retention efforts and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with local health and safety regulations.
- Monitor sanitation and food handling procedures to meet legal standards.
- Assist in preparing for HALAL & health inspections and managing compliance-related tasks
