Branch Administration Assistant

Job Description
- To achieve individual and branch sales target.
- Overall well being of the branch in terms of marketing, customer relation maintenance and administration of the branch.
- Coordinate the branch daily activities with regards to sales, installation and servicing customers
- Safekeeping and proper records of the branch stock and to maintain an optimum stock level.
- Attend walk in/ call in customers on sales inquiries, preparing quotation and assisting customer in getting the information that they needed.
- Effectively managing all customers’ complaints by resolving the problem with proper follow up through corrective action.
- Assist HQ HR in handling HR related matter.
- To assist marketing team to organise event or function in the branch.
- Cold call to existing customers for after sales service and promotions assigned by customer service deparment.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 years of working experience in similar job capacity. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Must have strong business acumen, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Able to communicate with customers in English and Bahasa.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, multi-task and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be an aggressive, hardworking and matured individual who possess a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and desire to excel in the job.
