**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Branch Development Executive to join our Operations team. In this role, you are responsible for revolving around planning, execution, and ensuring the new branch is fully operational and aligned with the company's goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Identification & Evaluation -**Assess potential branch locations for visibility, accessibility, and alignment with business goals.
- **Lease Negotiation & Compliance -**Handle rental agreements and ensure compliance with zoning laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- **Branch Setup Coordination -**Work with internal teams (Ops, Legal, Marketing) to manage construction, renovation, and operational readiness.
- **Documentation & Reporting -**Prepare permits and documentation; provide regular updates on progress and challenges to management.
- **Continuous Improvement & Quality Compliance -**Suggest improvements for branch success and adhere to ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS standards.

**About You**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Project Management/Real Estate Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in branch development, real estate, or business expansion.
- Proficiency in project management with attention to detail and competency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and legal frameworks is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,173.00 - RM4,128.00 per month
