**Skop Jawatan: Penyelaras Operasi (TNB, Solar & Logistik)**
**Tugas Harian (Daily Task)** **TNB (Kerja Elektrik)**
- Menjalankan _roll call_ setiap pagi untuk semakan kehadiran dan taklimat tugasan.
- Merancang tugasan harian dan membuat delegasi kepada _team leader_.
- Menyediakan pasukan _backup_ jika ada tapak kekurangan tenaga kerja.
- Mengumpul isu atau masalah tapak untuk tindakan segera atau dibawa ke mesyuarat.
- Memastikan kelengkapan kerja cukup dan dalam keadaan baik.
- Memantau kelancaran perjalanan kerja di semua tapak projek.
- Merekod output kerja pasukan ke dalam laporan harian (_daily report_).

**Transport (Kenderaan Syarikat)**
- Menyusun jadual servis dan penyelenggaraan kenderaan.
- Memantau status Puspakom, PMA, dan cukai jalan kenderaan syarikat.
- Menyemak dan merekod saman bagi mengelakkan penalti.
- Mengumpul data baik pulih dan kekerapan kerosakan untuk laporan harian.

**Solar**
- Merancang dan menjalankan lawatan tapak serta mengumpul data lengkap bergambar.
- Menyemak dan menyediakan peralatan untuk pemasangan atau penyelenggaraan solar.
- Memastikan kerja pemasangan berjalan lancar di tapak.
- Menyediakan rekod output kerja untuk laporan harian.

**Tugas Berkala (Periodic Task)TNB**
- Menghadiri mesyuarat mingguan bersama _team leader_.
- Menyediakan laporan mingguan dan bulanan.
- Menyemak peralatan dan kos kerja untuk memastikan margin keuntungan.

**Tugas Tambahan (Add-On Task)TNB**
- Mengurus dan _follow-up_ kerja tambahan daripada pihak TNB.
- Menyelesaikan aduan atau isu daripada pengguna.

**Transport**
- Mengurus sewaan kenderaan untuk gantian atau projek khas jika perlu.

**Solar**
- Menjalankan lawatan khas ke tapak bagi kes _troubleshoot_ atau kritikal.
- Mengurus pembelian alat ganti atau _spare part_.
- Memantau keperluan latihan tambahan untuk pasukan solar.

**Ciri-Ciri Calon yang Dikehendaki**
- Tahan tekanan, tidak mudah emosi (_jenis tak koyak_).
- Boleh buat keputusan sendiri dan bertanggungjawab terhadap risiko.
- Seorang _problem solver_ yang tangkas.
- Mahir mengurus dan menganalisis data.
- Boleh menyediakan laporan dan mahir dalam Microsoft Office.
- Mempunyai semangat ingin berkembang dan naik taraf diri (_growth mindset_).
- Tegas dalam tindakan tetapi tidak mudah marah.
- Mampu berdikari dan bekerja tanpa pengawasan langsung.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
