**VIVO Malaysia is hiring Store Manager**

**LOCATION: IOI CITY MALL**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring the 4 pillars: Training, Inventory, Visual Merchandising and Marketing
- Knowledgable in store operations - tasks and methods.
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
- Coach and develop key talents in the store.
- Directly supervises, trains, develops, and retains key holders and associates
- Maximize sales opportunities to achieve store sales target.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about mobile phone, experience working in a tech company is a plus.
- Required languages: English and Malay, Chinese (preferred)
- At least 3 year (s) of experience working in retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Experience with diplomatically managing multiple commitments to customers, staff, and operations
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and results through team development.
- Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
- Experience with diplomatically managing multiple commitments to customers, staff, and operations.
- Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Managing a Retail Store: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Malay (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
