**To assist the management in all responsibilities relating to business development and the real estate development of projects undertaken by the company, including but not limited to the following specific tasks**:

- Undertake market research and feasibility study and analysis of properties acquired by the company as well as potential acquisition targets under consideration.
- Assist in preparing development concepts and products and coordinate with consultants to prepare and submit development plans for planning, building, engineering and other relevant approvals.
- Assist in review product design and design work.
- Conduct financial feasibility and prepare development budgets and costings based on plans formulated.
- Prepare, maintain and update project’s cashflow, timeframes and schedule of construction.
- Assist in oversee project procurement management.
- Assist in liaising and follow-up with all relevant authorities to facilitate approvals of development plans proposed.
- Attend all project / site meetings and highlight any matters requiring the attention of client/consultant.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seri Manjong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
