What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact, resolving player issues via live chat and email.
  • Quickly identify the root of customer inquiries to provide accurate solutions.
  • Efficiently juggle multiple systems and tools to manage your queue.
  • Uphold quality standards by following defined processes and templates.
  • Achieve personal and team targets in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (an assessment is required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with live chat and email platforms.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • (Ideal) A passion for or experience in the mobile gaming world.
