Sales Admin

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our growing team The role involves both administrative sales support (mainly calling customers) and direct sales for the Johor market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform outbound and follow-up calls to customers (Chinese speaking clients preferred)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Prepare sales documents, quotations, and reports
- Support sales team with admin tasks and coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Johor
- Achieve sales targets for the Johor market
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in sales/admin/customer service is an advantage
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to travel within Johor when required
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Proactive, responsible, and positive working attitude
**Location**: Johor Bahru
**Salary**: Based on experience + commission
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
