**About the Role**:
We seek a driven and committed individual to take on the **Accounts & Admin Assistant** role to join us at Equine SMG. The dual-focused role involves coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the entity, and responsibilities in financial management and accounting to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

**Administrative, office management and Finance activities**
- Manage day-to-day finance activities, inclusive checking and processing payment vouchers, invoices, payables, receivables, and other transactions
- Track payment from customers and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
- Verify and processing office expenses claims and staff reimbursement.
- Process payment for office expenses and vendors.
- Fixed asset management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
- Responsible for the coordination with yearly external auditors in completing audits and staff tax reporting process.
- Liaise with company auditors, tax agents & secretarial agents for all necessary filings.
- Work closely with Sales team, Operations team and Singapore team to ensure all the documentation processes and workflow are smooth
- Support Operations team with monitoring of inward shipment and liaise with freight forwarder from time to time.
- Manage office and pantry supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Keep the office clean and safe, and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
- Provide finance activities support to Company's F&B business in Singapore.
- Provide administrative support to Management team.

**Other Activities**
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including recruiting, employee records, leave management, and compliance.
- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances and statutory deductions.
- Assists in booking of travels and hotels, etc. for staff.
- Any other ad hoc administration duties and other task that is related to finance and accounting as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Familiar with the **Million Accounting and Payroll software**.
- Proficient in MS Office and well-versed in technology in general.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Excellent Organizational & Multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and cross-cultural work environment.
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
