v Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies in suppliers' invoices
v Need to prepare FDA, Payment Voucher & supporting vouchers
v Create and update expense reports & enter transactions into account software
v Participate in quarterly and annual audits
v Communicating with vendors to better understand financial needs and report that information to the accountant
v Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
v Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices
v Working closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client's records
v Bank reconciliation & payment creation.
v Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
v Examining expenses submitted by employees
v Gather documents for FDA such as suppliers' invoices, authority documents & etc
v To assist apply & renew company certificate & licenses
v To assist register new vendors in our system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
