Ringkasan Kerja
Admin Assistant bertanggungjawab menguruskan tugas-tugas pentadbiran harian bagi memastikan operasi syarikat berjalan lancar. Peranan ini merangkumi penyediaan dokumen, pengurusan rekod, penyelarasan jadual dan sokongan kepada pasukan operasi.
Tanggungjawab Utama
- Menguruskan kerja-kerja pentadbiran seperti fail, data entry dan penyediaan dokumen
- Mengemaskini rekod inventori, purchase order, invois dan dokumen penghantaran
- Membantu menyediakan invois, resit serta sokongan asas akaun (jika diperlukan)
- Mengurus komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan pembekal berkaitan penghantaran dan pertanyaan
- Menyelaras jadual penghantaran dan memastikan proses berjalan lancar
- Memastikan sistem fail dan dokumen syarikat sentiasa teratur dan kemas kini
- Memberi sokongan pentadbiran kepada pihak pengurusan apabila diperlukan
- Melaksanakan tugasan tambahan yang diberikan oleh penyelia
Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM / Diploma atau setaraf
- Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dalam kerja pentadbiran adalah kelebihan
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Berkomunikasi dengan baik, teratur dan teliti dalam kerja
- Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dengan pengawasan minimum
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
