D&B Inno Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and reliable Project Quality Admin (SheetMetal Works) to join our growing team.

Job Description:

-Input data and information accurately within specified timeframes.

-Liaise with clients and coordinate inspection arrangements.

-Manage quality-related documents, including Material Reports, Fit-up Reports, Welding Visual Reports, and NDT Reports.

-Coordinate with logistics suppliers on packing list issuance and arrange transportation for export shipments.

-Maintain document control and ensure engineering drawings are updated on the server.

-Schedule meetings and record minutes of meetings.

-Monitor, track, and maintain records of spare parts and equipment.

-Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

-Basic Microsoft Excel skills and computer literacy are required

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus

-Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.

-Highly organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
