**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Safety Compliance**:
Ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety regulations, standards and guidelines.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

**2. Training and Orientation**:
Develop and conduct safety training programs for all site personnel.

Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, highlighting safety protocols and procedures.

**3. Incident Reporting and Investigation**:
Establish and maintain a system for reporting and documenting safety incidents.

Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

**4. Emergency Response**:
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

Coordinate with emergency services and ensure readiness for potential on-site emergencies.

**5. Safety Communication**:
Facilitate regular safety meetings to communicate updates, best practices, and address safety concerns.

Maintain open lines of communication between management, workers, and safety committees.

**6. Risk Assessment**:
Conduct risk assessments for various tasks and activities on the construction site.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential dangers.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role.

2. In-depth knowledge of local and federal safety regulations and standards.

**3. Valid Yellow Book certification in [specific field or industry, if applicable].**

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) is preferred.

6. Ability to analyze and assess potential risks and take proactive measures.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
