**_ Job Description (Indoor):_**
- To procure & distribute vendor’s cost to support outdoor sales. Procuring the cost also means to maintain, file, compile, and distribute the latest contact and cost from all the contractual vendors.
- To develop and expand overseas agent network. Maintain good business relationship with new and existing overseas agents, customers, and vendors.
- To participate in events and business match-meeting exhibitions in Malaysia or Overseas.
- To write and proofread creative copy to promote BXCel to overseas agents and customers.
- To do commercial activities: sales call, prepare quotation, and close business deal.
- To conduct sales data research and analysis so that sales statistics report can be generated.
- To create sales information and databases through overseas agents and distribute to the sales team.
- To assist HOD in planning, developing, and implementing sales strategies to meet overall objectives & budget of the business unit.

**_Qualification Requirements:_**
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Initiative to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to achieve target.

The primary objective of Outdoor Sales Executive is to increase sales revenue.

Sales Executive must have control over self-motivation to achieve company’s target, and have the resilience power to achieve customers satisfaction.Sales Executive will collaborate with Operations, Customers Service, and Finance Department to maintain customers satisfaction.

**_ Job Description (Outdoor):_**
- To research, identify, plan, and approach new business opportunities aggressively.
- To do commercial activities: sales call, prepare quotation, and close business deal constantly.
- To develop and enhance personal confidence, appearance and charisma.
- To keep good business and personal relationship with customers and vendors.
- To understand trend in the trade, regulatory, and market intelligence, building on it to plan business strategy or to advise customers.
- To master supply chain knowledge, so that customised logistics solutions can be developed to customer.
- To monitor lifting and sales performance statistics, base on which, always make changes to existing business plan.
- To assist HOD in planning, developing, and implementing sales strategies to meet budget and objectives of the business unit.
- To complete accurate and timely reporting.

**_Qualification Requirements:_**
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- USA Freighting Experience is preferable.
- nitiative to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient, independent and a team player.
- Ability to achieve target.
- Enjoy meeting people and have a passion in closing sales.
- Minimum 1-year experience in logistics industry.
