What your typical day will look like:

- Reports to Finance Assistant Manager & serve as first point of contact for operational support and issue solving.
- Ensuring assigned operational activities are delivered on a timely manner.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Vendor & Client Master Data.
- Ensure each creation / maintenance in place according to statutory documents provide by 3rd party.
- Review database created on yearly basis in accordance with Group Policy.
- Providing transactional processing support to deliver Account Receivable services in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Review & ensure mandate document / agreement / contract provides prior invoice generate.
- Responsible to send invoice to client in stipulated time.
- Be part of a process migration initiative within the function to migrate process and data from assigned region if any.
- Perform back up function and other duties, including job rotation to other functional teams as and when require.
- Assisting on internal and external audit requests.
- Partnering with other business unit to ensure all process are carried out effectively.
- Engaging with stakeholders as an initiative to tackle any issue.

A bit about you:

- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Strong assertiveness, persuasiveness and hands-on mentality, drive for efficiency & improvement
- Good command of written and spoken English & be able to work independently
- Fresh graduate / minimum of 1-2 years working experience in finance department.
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Experience in ERP - Dynamic & Media system - PIN will be an added advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
