**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the dining experience.

**2. Table Maintenance**:

- Set up and clean tables before and after customer use.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged and well-presented.
- Monitor and replenish table supplies such as condiments, napkins, and utensils.

**3. Food and Beverage Service**:

- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

**4. Payment Processing**:

- Process customer payments and provide accurate change.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely.

**5. Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Assist in cleaning duties as needed, including dishwashing and general cleanup.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service.

**7. Upselling and Promotion**:

- Suggest upsells or additional items to enhance the customer's experience.
- Promote ongoing specials, discounts, or loyalty programs when applicable.

**8. Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and food handling guidelines.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

**9. Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Assist in various tasks such as restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and supporting other team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
