About the role

As a Service Crew at SYG KOPI', you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a full-time position based in Ipoh Perak. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that all customers enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take customer orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team
  3. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tables are set and the dining area is presentable
  5. Assist with general restaurant duties, such as restocking supplies and assisting with food preparation when needed
  6. Provide exceptional customer service, handling any queries or complaints with empathy and professionalism
  7. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards set by the establishment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously
  4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends
  6. A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
