We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team Chloe.Co as Service Crew members. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers, taking orders, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and work well in a fast-paced team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and process orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy.
  • Handle transactions and operate the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
  • Assist in kitchen tasks and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or food & beverage setting is a plus.
