List-ID: 104479901Today 12:30 **Job Description**: - Making sure all collections including cash and cheque payments made to the office with accurate documentations. - Study and evaluate current administrative and operational standard operating procedures of the office. - To reconcile daily the payments made to the office. - To prepare invoices for clients and all properties within the company. - To stock take every week and ensure sufficient stock is always at the office. - To update on the latest prices from suppliers. - To ensure all documentation is properly filed. - To prepare accounts for audit yearly. - To issue monthly salary with proper documentation - To attend to clients if they walk into the office (occasionally) - Any other ad-hoc tasks / duties as assigned by superior / company management At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Accounting or equivalent. - Good Interpersonal skills is a must. - Computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills. - Knowledge and ability working with the 'SQL' System is a plus. - Language Required: English | Bahasa Malaysia l Bahasa Cina - Job Details **Job Info & Requirement** - Contract Type- Full-time- Job Type- Executive- Experience Level- 1-3 years- Job Categories- Accounting/Tax/Audit- Minimum Education Required- Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, -Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.- Language Required- Mandarin/Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, English- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- All Genders- Own Transport- None**Salary & Other benefits** - Salary**RM 2,500 to RM 3,000 per month
