**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking to hire interns for our Finance Shared Services Center.
- The intern will gain hands-on experience in the Order-to-Cash/Procure-to-Pay process, focusing on tasks such as payment processing, account reconciliation, and customer interaction. Also, assisting with vendor management, invoice processing, and payment verification.

These internships are excellent opportunities for students or recent graduates to develop their skills, gain practical knowledge in specific domains, and contribute to meaningful projects within our organization.

**What You Will Do**:

- Assist in daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end Accounts Receivable (OTC) tasks, including billing, invoicing, collection, and reconciliation, while ensuring timely closure.
- Support accurate and timely recording of OTC/AR transactions in the system.
- Help generate AR/OTC reports, such as Aging Statements (SOA).
- Assist the PTP (Accounts Payable) team with stakeholder inquiries and improve team efficiency.
- Support end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payments, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Handle transaction tasks like Insurance, Fees, and Bank Charges, including issue resolution and escalation.

**What You Will Need**:

- Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures and making basic accounting entries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
