1. Financial Analysis & Modelling

  • Assist in building and maintaining
    financial models
    for projects.
  • Analyze cash flow projections, debt structuring, and
    return on investment (ROI)
    .
  • Support scenario analysis and stress testing for financing structures.

2. Market & Industry Research

  • Conduct research on
    market trends, competitors, and financial instruments
    .
  • Assist in preparing presentations or reports on potential investment opportunities.
  • Gather data on interest rates, inflation, and economic conditions affecting project financing.

3. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment

  • Support
    due diligence
    on potential projects, including legal, financial, and operational risks.
  • Assist in reviewing
    contracts, term sheets, and financing agreements
    .
  • Help assess risks related to funding sources, credit ratings, and feasibility studies.

4. Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams (legal, engineering, operations) for project evaluation.
  • Support meetings with financial advisors, lenders, and project sponsors.
  • Help manage deadlines and track deliverables for project financing processes.
